| Abstract: | It is a fundamental principle in our country that we should comprehensively implement ruling with laws. The Chinese govermnent has set important policies that we should enhance the building of a socialist country, and build the govermnent under the rule of law. Due to the influence from practical situation in China, while building the government, we are facing with some problems that need to be solved as quickly as possible. Therefore it is necessary to study the problems and put forward countermeasures accordingly. |
