鉴定机构社会化中的问题及对策

鉴定机构社会化后，出现了管理体制错位、鉴定机构投入少、某些鉴定人才短缺严重、诉讼需要无法得到满足、多头鉴定和重复鉴定问题突出、鉴定结论的公正性受损、鉴定市场的恶意竞争等诸多问题。要改革和完善鉴定管理体制，需进一步细化鉴定准入条件、统一鉴定标准、规范鉴定结论采信制度和鉴定收费、强化鉴定人和鉴定机构的责任，从加强对鉴定的审查监督来约束鉴定机构，规范其运作，促使鉴定机构维护鉴定结论的公正性。
