| 摘 要： | 锁具是人们日常生活常用的工具,犯罪分子对锁具开启和破坏以达到实施犯罪的目的。因此,开展锁痕检验对侦破撬门案件具有重要意义。本文从锁痕检验在一例入室抢劫强奸案件侦破中的应用,阐述了在入室犯罪案件中正确运用锁痕检验结论在侦破此类案件时发挥的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Lockset is always in common use for people,at one time,criminals often avail themselves of opening and breaking locksets to achieve their crime.As a result,the opening lock mark by criminals has its significance to crack the cases on breaking doors.In this paper,by application on the results of lock mark examination from a burglary and rape case in detection,the author indicates the importance of lock mark examination results in the detection on such kind of cases. |
