| 摘 要： | 生理负荷是影响我省大学生罚篮成功率的重要因素,另外还有心理因素及技术因素。建议提高运动员的罚球体能,完善大学生运动员的罚球技术环节,加强运动员的罚球心理训练,从而提高运动员在比赛条件下的罚球命中率。

| Abstract: | Physiology burden is an important factor affecting the free throw of the college-student basketball players of our province,besides psychological factor and technical factor.To advance the free throw of the college-student players in the basketball match,the suggestion is to improve their physical strength in free throw,to perfect their technique of free throw and to strengthen their psychological training in free throw. |
