| 摘 要： | 中国特色的政党制度,是在中国特定的历史条件下和特有的政治文化土壤中形成的。党际和谐是这一政党制度内在的必然要求,也是其突出的外在特征之一。中国特色的政党制度是党际和谐的基础和根本保证,而其特定的内涵,则生成了党际和谐的基本要件。在实践中,要构建全面的党际和谐,还有许多工作要做,这是中国共产党和各民主党派共同的任务。

| Abstract: | The political party system with Chinese characteristics is formed under the specific historical and political situations in China.The harmonious party relationship is the internal request and one of the external features of the political party system,while the latter is the foundation and basic guarantee of the former.Besides,the specific connotation in the system is also the important condition for the harmonious party relationship.In practice,there is still a lot of work to do to build up an all-round harmonious party relationship,which is the mutual mission for the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties. |
