| 摘 要： | 我国民事审判方式的改革不但可行，而且是势在必行。在改革中应坚持吸收和借鉴适合国情、充分保障当事人诉讼权利、依据法律改革等原则，同时要注意重点改革举证制度、强调当庭质证和认证、强化合议庭和独任审判员的职责。
