| 摘 要： | 近年来，高等院校深入贯彻落实《档案法》，在依法治档方面取得了很大成绩，但在具体工作中也还有一些不合理的现象存在，部分问题还显得尤为突出，我国《档案法》在高等院校的真正贯彻落实，还是一个不断探索的过程。

| Abstract: | In recent years,institutions for higher learning had carried out Law of Files,and achieved gratifying successes in archives administration ruled by law.But,there are some unreasonable phenomenon is more existed in concrete works.Some problems of this phenomenon is more prominent.The implement of Law of Files in institutions for higher learning is a continual exploring procedure. |
