| 摘 要： | 中小企业融资难问题已深深制约着我国中小企业的发展壮大,在直接融资和间接融资两种方式中存在融资难有法律方面的原因,为解决中小企业融资难的问题,提高中小企业融资能力,文章分别就中小企业在直接融资和间接融资两种融资方式上融资难问题提出了破解办法。
