| 摘 要： | 目前,行政执法与刑事执法衔接机制建设已取得一定的成效和经验,但尚存在不成熟、不完善的地方。这就要求我们从行政执法与刑事执法衔接机制的基本原理入手,提出对衔接机制进行立法完善的若干意见和建议。
