In order to ensure the healthy and orderly development of socialism market economy of our country, the socialism power mechanism must be further perfected. China' s traditional power supervision mechanism serves the fundamental interests of supreme rulers. Therefore it has the obvious characteristic of rule of person, which means some officials manage all the other officials.
