| 摘 要： | 战略管理是侦查管理领域的重要内容。研究、考察美国联邦调查局的战略重点以及战略规划,首先必须明确战略重点,这是战略管理的前提和基础。在此基础上,应当形成具体的战略规划,战略规划在突出战略重点的同时,还需要立足于各类犯罪的发展态势预测。
