Comparative Study on Community Policing Principles of European and American Countries

As the core content of the fourth policing revolution, community policing has different forms and content in European and American countries. Because of the different national conditions and social security conditions, we need develop the appropriate policing principles to adapting to them. Although these principles are in close contact with national practice, the advanced experience can be learned from other countries.
