| 摘 要： | 监狱数字化是指把数字技术运用到监狱的各项事务中，实现业务的信息化管理过程。监狱数字化建设可以分为两大部分：数字化安防系统的建设和信息化管理系统的建设。监狱数字化建设是一项革新工程，会极大地改变过去的传统管理思想和管理手段，增进监狱各项工作科学化、规范化和标准化，是现代监狱发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | The prison＇ s digital construction means that digital technique will be used in each business in prison, and realize the information management process. Digital construction in prison includes two parts： the construction of digital safeguard system and information management system. This is a new reform. It will bring a huge change to the traditional management mentality and measure;improve the work to be scientific and normative. It is the inevitable choice of the development of modern prison. |
