| 摘 要： | 在犯罪根源问题上 ,对业务过失犯罪的伦理根源的探讨有其必要性。行为人的职业道德感、社会责任感和人生价值取向是业务过失犯罪深层的思想根源。相应地 ,此种类型犯罪的预防也要从这三个方面入手。
