摘    要:近期发生了多起劳资冲突事件,主要原因有:资本强势、劳动弱势的格局始终没有扭转;劳动者队伍构成的变化直接导致权利意识的觉醒;企业产业升级速度严重滞后于劳动力升级速度等。面对这些情况,中国工会要明确自己的社会定位,在效率和公平、经济发展与社会的进步中,突出公平,强调劳动者要参与分享社会经济发展成果,切实承担起在社会转型过程中的历史使命。

Abstract:Recently several labor conflicts happened, for which there are main reasons: the situation of strong capital and weak labor has failed to reverse; changes in the composition of labor force directly result in the awakening of rights awareness; the pace of industrial upgrading has lagged behind the speed of labor upgradingl Faced with these circumstances, China's trade unions should clarify their social positioning, in terms of efficiency and equity, economic development and social development progress, highlight the fair, emphasize social workers participate in sharing the results of economic development, and effectively take the historical mission in the process of social transformation.
