| 摘 要： | 高校教代会工作存在地位不显、运行体制机制不完善、职权落实不平衡及民主管理、民主监督不适应等问题。创新高校教代会工作的关键是加强领导，完善制度，注重落实教代会职权，加强二级单位教代会建设，重视代表和相关人员的培训与理论研究。

| Abstract: | For the work of college teachers＇ congress there are still such problems as the status is not significant, operating system mechanisms are inadequate, authorities are not implemented with balance, democratic management and democratic supervision are not suitable, the key of innovating the work of teachers＇ congress is to strengthen leadership, improve the system, focus on implementation of the power teachers＇ congress, strengthen the construction of secondary units, and pay attention to representatives and related personnel training and theory research. |
