| Abstract: | We should deeply understand that the scientific concept of development is of the great guiding significance for doing well the present work of democracy management of factory affairs. To solve the various prominent problems existing in factory affairs, what should be done is following： firstly, to raise awareness; secondly, to strengthen guidance; thirdly, to establish long-term mechanism for protection of factory affairs being operated normally; fourthly, to stably grasp implementation, focusing on the current inspection to achieved the effect that should be done. |
