论我国女性人力资源开发中存在的问题及对策建议

摘    要:女性人力资源开发对我国经济和社会可持续发展具有不可替代的重要作用,但我国女性人力资源开发中还存在着人力资本投资不足、人力资源结构不合理及利用不充分等诸多问题。完善女性人力资源的管理体制和利用机制、加大女性人力资本投资、优化和调整女性人力资源结构、优化女性人才成长的社会环境是应对策略。

Abstract:The development of female human resources plays an important role in the sustainable development of economy and society in China.However,there are many problems such as inadequate human capital investment,irrational human resources structure and insufficient utilization in the development of female human resources.The solutions are to improve the management system and utilization mechanism of female human resources,to increase female human capital investment,to perfect and adjust female human resources structure and to improve social environment of fostering female talents.
