| Abstract: | Our country＇ s financial law granted regulators too broad and principles authority which lack of interoperability . The future financial supervision legislation should be strengthened in regulators＇ legal duty , and effectively grant the regulators the fight of punishment in order to protect the regulators＇ power＇ exertion . |
