浙江青年白领都市融人状况研究

课题组运用文献研究、调查问卷、访谈等方法,以浙江省各个行业的青年都市白领为研究对象,深入了解青年白领阶层当前所遇到的生活压力、物质困境以及精神困惑,并认真倾听他们所发出的呼声,触摸他们的情感,感受他们的态度,理解他们的价值,真实体会并仔细揣摩他们这一阶层的生存方式、发展路径以及奋斗轨迹,进而全面剖析青年白领融入都市的种种障碍,以其尽快化解他们实现阶层晋升的阻力。

Urban Integration Research on Zhejiang Young White-collar Workers

The research group took the young urban white-collar workers from all walks of life in Zhejiang Province as the research subjects, looked into the current life pressure, material difficulties and mental confusion that the young white-collar workers encountered by using the methods of literature research, questionnaires and interviews. The group listened carefully to them, touched their emotion, felt their attitude, understood their value, and tried to figure out the way of living, the development path and the course of struggle of this class, and then analysed comprehensively the young white-collar workers＇ all kinds of obstacles of integration into the city for the purpose of overcoming their resistance of realizing class promotion as quickly as possible.
