大庆龙凤湿地资源现状、问题及保护

大庆龙凤湿地面积广、价值高,具有丰富的动植物资源,但随着城市的开发、建设,对湿地利用、开发和保护的矛盾越来越突出,实践中出现了许多诸如湿地面积减少、功能退化、资金投入不足等急需解决的问题。针对这一具有典型意义的城中湿地的保护问题,应从政策、经济、行政以及法律等方面提出湿地可持续利用的应对对策,通过社会的自我管制、建立健全公众参与机制以及改变政府决策的价值取向等途径保护湿地。

The Actuality,Problem and Protection Countermeasure of Daqing Longfeng Wetland Resources

Daqing Longfeng wetland area is broad,valuable and rich of animal and plant.However,along with the city development,the contradiction between the exploitation and protection around the wetland using has been more and more prominent.In the practice,many problems appeared such as wetland reducing,the function degenerate,the fund investment insufficiency etc.what have to be solved urgently.In view of this typical city wetland protection issue,should propose wetland sustainable use countermeasures from policy,economy,administration as well as law;Protect wetlands through society's self-control,the establishment of perfect public participating mechanism and changing government decision-making way and so on.
