| 摘 要： | 物权法规定不动产物权实行统一登记,而不动产登记机构的改革以及改革期间的过渡尚待明确.未来的不动产统一登记机构不论为行政还是司法性质的机构,都应定位为中立的专门机构.在专门机构成立之前,应设计一个合理的不动产登记过渡方案,实现由多头登记到统一登记的改革.

| Abstract: | The principle of unified registration of the real estate has been provided in the real right law,while the reform of the registration organ and the transition mechanism during this reform need to be detailed.The future unified registration organ should be a neutral professional organization without reference to the legal attribute of the registration organ.A practical transition mechanism should be designed to advance the reform from multi-access to unified registration. |
