| 摘 要： | 中国共产党十六届四中全会提出要构建一个各尽其能、各得其所的社会主义和谐社会,它是政治、经济、文化等各种人类活动因素综合作用的结果,是一个以人为本、多元一体、公平正义、稳定有序、人与自然和谐相处等基本价值诉求构成的统一体。

| Abstract: | In the fourth plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC,our party puts forward to construct a socialist harmonious society,in which each does his best and each has a role to play.It proves to be the comprehensive result of human's activities such as politics,economics and culture as well as a unity composed of exploration of basic value such as people-first,fair and justice,stability and order and harmonious coexistence of human and nature. |
