| 摘 要： | 教师作为教育工作的主要实践者,是发展教育事业的主要力量.在当前全面推进素质教育的过程中,教师积极主动地实现由传统教育思想向现代教育思想的转变,自觉发展自身素质,改革教学模式及方法,是构建素质教育讲台的动力基础,是顺应时代发展的必然要求和迫切需要.

| Abstract: | Teachers,the major practitioner of education,are the major force to develop education.In the current promotion of qualities education,initiatively transforming their traditional education concepts into modern ones, improving their own qualities and innovating education patterns and approaches are the three drives to construct platforms of qualities education, which meets the inevitable and urgent requirement of the social development. |
