| Abstract: | As the foundational discipline of the legal science,the jurisprudence provids support for various disciplines of legal science in the principle,the method.Introducing the theory and the method of the jurisprudence to private international law will deepen the students understanding to the private international law in the basic theory,methodology and ideology,and other aspects.Regardless of the jurisprudence and the international private legal science,it has the positive sense. |
