| 摘 要： | 科学发展观全面揭示了发展的丰富内涵。高校德育必须在科学发展观指导下，重新审视以往的做法和经验，创新发展观念、工作内容和方式方法。只有如此，才能解决新形势下制约高校发展的瓶颈，提高德育工作的实效性。

| Abstract: | The scientific development concept comprehensively promulgated the rich connotation of development.Nowadays,to solve the bottleneck of universities moral education and enhance its effects,we should examine the former procedure and experience,innovate the ideas of development,and improve the work contents and ways under the instruction of the scientific development concept. |
