| 摘 要： | 在实施城镇化战略中,许多地方忽视了城镇化的真正含义,在城镇化认识上出现种种误区,若不加以解决,不仅会拖延城镇化的进程,还会加剧我国社会矛盾.因此,推进城镇化战略应当转变观念,从引导和吸引两方面努力,把"化"掉农民作为主要目标.

| Abstract: | In implementing the strategy of urbanization, quite a few local governments have overlooked the true meaning of urbanization and deviated much to the norms in recognition of urbanization. Without a timely solution to these problems, the process of urbanization will be slowed down, and the social contradiction sharpened too. Therefore, promotion of urbanization strategy needs a change of concept, and requires "removal" of farmer as its main aim with a guiding and absorbing effort. |
