| 摘 要： | 县级公安机关装备配备方面存在规范上缺少标准、地域上差异较大、功能上整合力不强、随意置购配发、脱离实战需要等问题,亟需进行理论与实践探索,建立县级公安机关装备配备模式,研究制定县级公安机关装备配备标准,形成县级公安机关的装备配备体系,以发挥公安装备的最大效能。

| Abstract: | The lack of standard in regulation,big difference in different areas,weak integration in function,casual purchase and allotment,keeping away from the requirement of actual combat and other problems are the main problems in the arming of county public security organs and should be studied in theory.The arming of public security could be played most effectively only by building arming pattern in county public security organs,studying and regulating arming standard of county public security organs and forming arming system of county public security organs. |
