| Abstract: | Career development is the core of the training of student village officials. Hebei Province has made some achievements on promoting career development of student village officials, but the problems faced are more prominent. Thus, combined with the actual development of student village officials, the paper puts forward approaches which could promote career development of student village officials in Hebei Province. |
