| 摘 要： | 为了使大学毕业生理性择业、克服挫折,高校择业挫折教育应当与时俱进,不仅要充分发挥大学生在择业挫折教育中的主体作用,而且要主动与家庭、社会有关部门合作,营造＂合力＂,借鉴国外大学生择业挫折教育的经验,促使大学毕业生顺利就业。

| Abstract: | In order to let undergraduates make rational career choice and overcome career setbacks,career setback education in universities should develop with the times,it will not only exert the subject role of undergraduates in career setback education,but also try to create cooperative force by active cooperation with the family and social relevant departments.We should take foreign experience of career setback education as reference in order to promote successful employment among undergraduates. |
