| 摘 要： | 在高校后勤社会化改革步伐加快、完全学分制和弹性学制迅速普及的背景下，大学生思想政治教育面临着新的形势，在高校学生公寓开展团组织建设工作是应对新挑战的有效实践。文章针对当前高校学生公寓团建实践中出现的问题，提出建立新型团建网络体系，强化公寓团干部的职能，开展特色公寓团建活动等工作思路。

| Abstract: | Under the background of social reform in logistics in universities and the rapid spread of the credit system and flexible education system, ideological and political education for undergraduates is facing new situation, and construction of the League organizations in undergraduate apartments in universities has become effective practice to respond to new challenges. Aimed at the existing problems in the practice, the article puts forward work ideas such as establishing of the League network groups, strengthening the functions of the League cadres in apartments, carrying out construction activities with characteristics by the League organizations and etc.. |
