| 摘 要： | 非智力因素是教师在教学过程中容易忽略的问题,研究表明,非智力因素在学生掌握知识的整个过程中发挥着重要的作用。文章从非智力因素的5个要点,论述了教师如何在英语教学的过程中开发学生的非智力因素,以求取得更好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | The non-intellectual factors are easy to ignore in the teaching process, studies have shown that non-intellectual factors play an important role in the process of student＇s mastery of knowledge. From five non-intelligence factors, the paper discussed how to develop student＇s non-intellectual factors during English teaching by teachers to achieve better teaching effect. |
