| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工较之第一代农民工在务工行业、职业规划、消费观念、婚恋维权等方面有着巨大的差别。文章主要运用比较分析的方法,探讨新生代农民工出现的新特征以及面临的新问题,并提出解决新生代农民工面临问题的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The new generation of migrant workers have huge differences compared with the first generation of migrant workers in aspects of work industry, career planning, consumer attitudes, marriage rights and etc.. The article mainly uses comparative analysis to explore the emergence of new features and new problems among new generation of migrant workers, and puts forward strategies and advices to solve the problems faced by new generation of migrant workers. |
