While the computer Internet is developing as the fourth media,mobile surfing has quietly rising as a platform of the fifth media.Youth have become the dominant group among mobile phone users.The article starts from the analysis of impact of mobile surfing on youth,then puts forward that we should reduce or avoid negative influence of mobile surfing on youth by internet governance,propaganda education,cultivating surfing ethics and other aspects.
