| 摘 要： | 企业家精神的主要特征有创新精神、合作精神、冒险精神、敬业精神、学习精神、进取精神、远见卓识、勤奋务实、积极心态等。三本院校可以通过开设创业课程、积极引导学生参加创业大赛、鼓励学生开展创业实践活动、培养创业教育的骨干教师队伍、营造校园创业文化等多种途径来培养学生的企业家精神。
