| Abstract: | The education of the computer application basic course in the vocational and technical institutes should begin with the object and the characteristics of the course, and then chooses the suitable teaching materials to show its pragmatics. The course should try its best to cultivate the students＇ self - study ability and seek the best way to examine by visual presentation in order to bring up the elites for the need of the society. |
