新建公安本科院校学科建设之策略——关于加强我院学科建设的几点认识

对于新建本科院校来说,学科建设的意义非常重大。学科是教师和科研人员活动的土壤,是他们施展才华的一个基础平台。学科建设既是提升新建本科院校人才培养层次,实现内涵升本的重要途径,也是促进和提高广大教师的研究能力和创新能力、提高新建本科院校综合实力、实现跨越式发展的重要途径。因此,学科建设在新建本科院校不是为时过早,而是迫在眉睫,是当前留住人才、吸引人才的重要方式之一。本文从学科建设的意义、学科与学科建设的内涵进行阐述,提出了新建本科院校学科建设的策略。

Expediting Discipline Construction: A Requirement for Newly established Universities to Improve the Whole Level of Running a College--Some Issues on Expediting Discipline Construction in Our College

It is of great significance for a newly-established college to expedite discipline construction. For teachers and researchers, discipline is a field to work on and a basic platform for them to develop themselves at full length. Discipline construction can not only promote the administrative levels of talent foster and realize the connotation of being a newly-established college but also improve the teachers' academic ability and innovation ability. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary for newly-established college to expedite discipline construction to retain and attract talents. This paper puts forward some strategies from the perspective of the significance of discipline construction and the connotation of discipline construction.
