关于大学生党建工作的几点思考

随着我国经济和高等教育事业的快速发展,高校大学生党建工作面临着严峻的挑战.高校的大学生党建工作存在着重学生党员发展数量,轻学生党员发展质量;重入党前发展,轻入党后再教育;入党动机的多元化与党员意识淡化和党员形象弱化;部分学生党员政治修养不高,理论知识贫乏;高校与高中、社会发展党员工作衔接不连续等问题.为此,必须对大学生党建的工作思路、运行机制、运作方式等方面努力进行创新和改进,增强学生党建工作的时代感,加强党建工作的针对性、主动性、实效性,以学生党建工作的创新,全面带动大学生思想政治教育.
