| Abstract: | Specific principles and practicable approach should be observed in the course to construct a new order for international economy.On the issue of by what kind of principles and way to realize the goal,different country keeps different side,and different scholar has different idea.Based on the relevant theory and practice in China,the writer aims to have a whole study and analysis of the principles and approach which has the characteristic of China. |
