加入WTO后发展我国外贸运输服务业的对策

随着我国加入WTO，对外贸易交往越来越频繁，我国的外贸运输服务业也随之发展起来。虽然我国外贸运输服务业取得了显著的改革成果，但是也存在一些问题，如市场秩序混乱等，这些因素阻碍了我国外贸运输与国际市场接轨，成为人们注目的焦点。作者在文中首先分析了我国外贸运输业发展现状，然后从三个层面比较其与国际惯例接轨的差距，最后就我国外贸运输如何适应WTO，从多个角度提出建议。

The Way of Developing Foreign Trade Transport Service in a Post - WTO China

There are frequent contacts in the foreign trade along with adapting to WTO and China's foreign trade transport service is forging soon afterwards.Although remarkable successes have been scored in the foreign trade transport service reform,some problems,such as market in chaotic state,still function as a block to match the adapting and focus public attention.This paper analyzes the existing state of the development of China's foreign trade transport service,compares the deveolpmnt from three levels with the disparity in the adapting,and then puts forwand a proposal for how to adapt China's foreign tuade transport to WTO.
