| 摘 要： | 西部经济发展的长期性、复杂性以及落后的现状 ,决定了法律参入的必要性。经济法理论的发展表明法律参入的可能性。西部开发只有充分发挥经济法制的功能 ,才能推动西部经济与社会的综合协调稳步发展。
