走向“后申遗时期”的传统文化保护

"后申遗时期"是关于中国非物质文化遗产保护工作发展的一种阶段性认识的结果。非遗保护的第一个时期是以"申遗"活动为中心的轰轰烈烈的开端。这个时期提高了政府和社会对非遗保护的认识,扩大了传统文化在当代社会生活中的影响,但也产生了许多问题。进入"后申遗时期"意味着对前一阶段工作的反思,要求把非遗保护从重申遗转向重保护,重新认识生产性保护和文化生态保护,反思生产性保护中的权益以及非遗衍生品的经营问题,反思文化生态保护观念与措施,从而推进传统文化保护的可持续发展。

Protection for Traditional Culture While Entering the post Age of Application for the World Natural Heritage

The "post age of application for the world natural heritage" is an outcome of acknowledgment for the development of protection for Chinese intangible cultural heritage.The first stage for the protection is the vigorous beginning centered on the application.This stage enhances the acknowledgment of the government and society on the protection,strengthens the influence of traditional culture in present social life but results in lots of problems.Entering the post age means the reflection on the work of the previous stage and it requires the shift of focus from application-oriented to protection-oriented,reunderstanding productive protection and cultural ecology protection,reflecting on rights in productive protection and operation and the derivative and on the concepts and measures concerning the protection in the past so as to improve the sustainable development of the protection for traditional culture.
