| 摘 要： | 发达地区与欠发达地区各自影响科学发展观贯彻落实的因素中都具有利弊两个方面的影响,有利条件中往往有着不利因素,不利条件中又往往有着有利因素。只有辩证认识、科学把握发展条件,才能坚持趋利避害,扬长避短,使科学发展观在各自地区都能得到有效的贯彻落实。

| Abstract: | Developed areas and less developed areas have both positive and negative influences on the application of the outlook on scientific development.There are negative elements in positive conditions and vice versa.Only by understanding dialectically and scientifically development conditions can we bring positive factors into full play and avoid negative factors so as to implement effectively the outlook on scientific development in respective areas. |
