文化产业与中国主流价值文化的生产

摘    要:文化产业是西方马克思主义的一个批判性概念,但它并非在任何意义上都是不可取的。现代中国的文化建设路径是从旧中国的小规模文化产业到新中国的文化事业,再到文化事业与文化产业并举。文化事业与文化产业并举是对党的传统文化建设思路的突破。只要确认社会效益的首要地位,把握住社会效益和经济效益相统一的平衡机制,文化产业运作方式便能对社会主义主流价值文化的构建做出贡献。

Abstract:The term cultural industries has been a critical concept in Western Marxism,but it is not always undesirable in any sense.The pathway of cultural development in modern China started from the small scale in the old China and rose to the higher level of cultural affairs in the new China,followed by the coexistence of cultural affairs and cultural industries.Emphasis on both cultural affairs and cultural industries represents a breakthrough in CPC’s conventional concept about cultural development.As long as we confirm the primacy of the social benefits,and grasp the balancing mechanism for unifying social and economic benefits,the operation of cultural industries can make its contribution to the building of culture based on socialist mainstream values.
