| 摘 要： | 医疗美容案件,其损害具有继续性、潜在性。扩大社会公益团体的功能,可以更好地保护消费者的合法权益。而消费者协会在案件中可以成为适格的原告而居于法定诉讼担当的地位是一个有效的办法。

| Abstract: | The dandification of medical cosmetic case have the nature of continued or latent nature. If we expand the function of social public welfare organization, we can protect the consumer's lawful right. In medical cosmetic case, the consumer's association maybe becomes the due plaintiff instead of the plaintiff. |
