和谐社会构建中义务教育的均衡发展

党的十六届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》将坚持教育优先发展,促进教育公平摆在突出位置,提出了新形势下教育改革与发展的指导方针和重大举措,如何实现教育继续协调均衡发展,是构建和谐社会要求我们必须思考的教育问题。

On Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in Harmonious Society Construction

Decisions on some major issues about structuring harmonious society of socialism made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China at the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee gave priority to developing education at first,put promoting fairness in education in outstanding location,made guiding principle and important measures to improve reform and development of education in new circumstances,how to realize balanced,continually and harmonious development should be considered deeply in constructing harmonious society.
