| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质组织的本质特征是非法控制性,这也是黑社会性质组织区别于一般的犯罪集团最显著的特征。黑社会性质组织的四个特征是有机的整体,非法控制性特征是其他三个特征有机结合的效果体现,并且危害性程度达到非法控制性,此时才可以认定为是黑社会性质组织。

| Abstract: | The natural characteristics of gangland organization is illegal control,it also is the significant characteristics that distinguishes from common criminal groups.Four characteristics of gangland organization are an organic whole,and the other three characteristics embody the characteristics of illegal control,and the harm result should reach the level of illegal control.the gangland organization should be realized by above conditions. |
