| 摘 要： | 法律只有内化为一种信仰才能更好地实现自身价值,保障人的权利。法律信仰在现代性的信仰体系中起着根本性的作用,它不仅是一种个体的意识与行为方式,又是一种社会群体的普遍生存方式和生活方式。从唯物史观的观点来看,法律信仰的确立既有历史必然性,又具有未来的可扬弃性。

| Abstract: | Law will obtain its value and protect human rights only after it has been internalized into a relief. Legal beliefs play a crucial role in the conviction of modernity. It is not only an individual consciousness and behavior but also a universal existence and way of life for a social group. Seen from the perspective of historical materialism, the establishment of legal beliefs has its own historical necessity and its sublation in future. |
