The Psychometric Technology''''s Natural Change from Instrument Interrogation to Instrument Test

Psychometric technology has experienced two periods of development: instrument interrogation and instrument test. The latter one has more advantages and operatable standards than the former one. Instrument test is the inevitable outcome and scientific belonging of the development of pshchometry all over the world. In the late over 20years, psychometric technology in China experienced a long period of instrument interrogation, which has its practical background and factor of understanding. At present, the psychometric technology of China is changing naturally from instrument interrogation to instrument test. As a part of criminal technology, psychometric technology should be standardized according to the properties of instrument test.
