新时代促进农民共同富裕的逻辑、难题和路径

实现全体人民共同富裕,农民共富是关键和短板。新时代促进农民共同富裕具有深刻的必然逻辑:它是中国共产党的初心宗旨,是中国特色社会主义农业现代化的重要特征,是破解新时代社会主要矛盾的迫切要求,也是农民实现美好生活最现实的利益诉求。但当前,促进农民共同富裕也面临着一些现实难题,表现在:大部分农民收入较低,城乡收入差距较大,大多数农村地区产业发展较落后,部分农民就业创业能力不强等方面。要坚持和完善农村集体所有制,加快农村产业振兴,构建促进农民持续较快增收的长效机制,激发农民勤劳致富内生动力,扎实促进新时代农民共同富裕。

Logic,Problems and Paths to Promoting Common Prosperity of Farmers in the New Era

To achieve common prosperity for all people, the common prosperity of farmers is the key and shortcoming. Promoting the common prosperity of farmers in the new era has a profound and inevitable logic: it is the original purpose of the Communist Party of China, an important feature of socialist agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, an urgent requirement to solve the main social contradictions in the new era, and the most realistic interest appeal for farmers to realize a better life. However, at present, promoting common prosperity of farmers also faces some practical difficulties, which are manifested in the following aspects: the relatively low income of most farmers, the relatively large income gap between urban and rural areas, the relatively backward industrial development in most rural areas, and the low employment and entrepreneurship competence of some farmers. It is necessary to uphold and improve rural collective ownership, speed up the revitalization of rural industries, build a long-term mechanism to promote farmers sustained and rapid increase in income, stimulate the endogenous driving force of farmers to become rich through hard work, and solidly promote the common prosperity of farmers in the new era.
